Responsibilities

Work collaboratively across Content, eCommerce, and Growth teams to build intake systems that allow us to scale creative output while staying nimble and responsive to the needs of the business

Manage the creative queue for copywriters, designers, and producers, creating workback timelines for asset delivery, finding ways to streamline our process and avoid bureaucratic slowdown

Work closely with the VP of Content to make sure the process is running smoothly as we scale the volume of content we produce into 2026 and beyond

Required

Experience in project management, particularly in content production

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Ability to work collaboratively across multiple teams

Experience in building intake systems for creative output

Strong communication skills to work closely with the VP of Content
