They are seeking a highly skilled VictoriaMetrics Expert to join their Expertise Center team, focusing on providing technical assistance to enterprise clients and developing internal monitoring tools.

Responsibilities

Taking deep dives into complex customer issues, reproducing them in sandbox environments, including under load

Work closely with the development team to resolve identified problems

Creating and developing internal tooling (Go is a significant advantage) to improve observability, automation (e.g., problem detection, AI integrations), and overall operational efficiency

Developing internal monitoring, creating runbooks, dashboards, and guides

Handling problem management: performing root cause analysis and driving long-term solutions, including creating artifacts (docs, runbooks)

Building and maintaining the internal knowledge base to support other teams

Collaborating with other teams (engineering, customer success, solution engineering) to address complex issues and contribute to product improvement

Participating in critical incident resolution with a focus on rapid mitigation followed by root cause analysis
