The Solutions Consultant will serve as a strategic partner to prospects and customers, guiding them through evaluation to implementation while collaborating with sales, product, and R&D teams to enhance customer experience and impact financial operations.

Responsibilities

Deliver compelling platform demos as a passionate fintastic advocate

Build tailored POCs based on prospect needs and use cases

Understand customer business requirements and map them to fintastic capabilities

Lead post-sales engagements including process analysis, data modeling, and platform configuration as aprt of the implementation and on-going support

Provide training, technical guidance, and hands-on support to drive adoption

Act as a trusted advisor to finance and business teams throughout their fintastic journey

Help customers define and achieve planning, modeling, and reporting goals

Gather and share feedback with Product and R&D to influence roadmap and improvements

Foster fintastic’s customer community across finance, operations, and business teams
