5+ years expTekJobs is seeking a UX/UI Developer to design and develop enterprise mobile applications. The role involves using design processes and advocating for user needs while collaborating with stakeholders to deliver high-quality design solutions.
Responsibilities
Use design processes (e.g., wireframes, prototypes, personas, user research, journey maps, skills etc.) and tools, along with design presentation skills, to take digital solutions from concept to market in collaboration with stakeholders and team members. (70%)
Represent the voice of the customer and advocate for user needs, while considering business goals and technical constraints. (15%)
Contribute to the design and definition of features, along with user research needs, to enable project or product delivery to drive outcomes and ensure high-quality design deliverables that adhere to our standards. (15%)
Qualification
Required
Must be local to Westminster, CO, Peoria, IL, Chicago, IL or Dallas, TX
Must have 5+ yrs of User Experience
Must have experience designing an enterprise mobile application
Must be more of a UX generalist
Must have experience with Figma
Must have portfolio link
Bachelor's Degree plus 5 years of experience in User Experience OR 10+ years working in User Experience without a Degree
5+ years of experience in User experience
Knowledge and/or experience in enterprise mobile application experience
Someone with a lot of mobile experience and wanting to continue in mobile technology
Someone who has developed excellent/expert technical skills, meaning Figma, and still wants to grow in their career
Experience designing for enterprise applications specifically
Someone who is a UX generalist and not necessarily a specialist
