Responsibilities
Manage A/V projects from kickoff through installation and commissioning
Coordinate engineering, warehouse, and installation teams for smooth execution
Communicate with clients and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle
Monitor budgets, timelines, and inventory; resolve challenges quickly
Ensure quality control and client satisfaction at project close
Qualification
Required
Direct A/V experience required; construction knowledge helpful
Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills
Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies (Lean Six Sigma, Kanban, Gantt)
Professional, client-facing demeanor
Ability to lift 50 lbs and travel in-state (10–25%)
Must pass background checks and drug screening
Preferred
Bachelor's degree preferred; PMP or Six Sigma experience a plus
