Responsibilities

Enhance GTM Sell processes by applying process design solutions that integrate across the entire end-to-end go-to-market value chain
Act as an internal advisor to functions that support how we sell our product including: Global Brand, Regional Brand, Merchandising, Channels, Strategic Sales, Franchise Partnerships to define the problem, develop options, and design solutions
Within their GTM Transformation workstreams and broader initiatives identify opportunities and requirements that will unlock efficiency towards our goals and enable the adherence of the current and future GTM process
Identify opportunities to influence GTM Evolution and broader initiatives that will enable functional needs and improve collaborative efforts across brand product and channel teams
Project manage complex initiatives and coordinate cross-functional teams to implement work streams within big transformation programs
Conduct and/or guide detailed process mapping and capability modelling
Build trusted relationships at multiple levels of the organization to provide clarity and garner buy-in for ongoing initiatives
Support enterprise-level, cross-program prioritization, dependency mapping, and planning
Collaborate with other teams involved in business transformation programs (e.g., change management, communications, learning/training, org design) to plan and deliver against transformation objectives on-time and on-budget

Required

A deep understanding of vertically integrated retail – has 10+ years of experience working within a Brand or Channel function that has led to deep understanding of best practices and processes or enterprise transformation function
Minimum of 10+ yrs of relevant professional experience in this field of work, including consulting and/or direct business management
Exposure to Hyper-Growth that required adaptability as a leader to evolve the team & processes
Global in Understanding. Has strong working relationships globally; experienced in supporting a global framework both regionally and HQ
Guest Centric - almost obsessed with the path-to-purchase and committed to enhancing the product and marketing along the way
Deep understanding of brand marketing operating models
Experience in managing complex work streams by deeply immersing yourself to understand dependencies while balancing several stakeholders
Strong facilitation and problem-solving skills to drive alignment and innovative solutions
Strategic vision and creative thinking: ability to look beyond existing paradigms, and change the organization according to new business concepts
Ability to drive problem solutioning: frames problems, guides analytical modeling and analysis, and clearly articulates solutions
Excellent communication skills, being able to distill complex workstreams into digestible frameworks
Drive continuous improvement and increased efficiency and effectiveness as business needs shifts
Proven track record of building relationships, establishing rapport, credibility and trust
Self-motivated, passionate, detail-oriented, multi-tasker extraordinaire who thrives in a fast-paced environment
Resourceful, able to navigate an organization independently and comfortable with ambiguity
Demonstrates discretion and ability to maintain confidentiality
Hands-on mentality and pragmatic approach with strong collaboration attitude and team play

Preferred

Previous exposure to Product creation and merchandising and/or experience in an international region is a bonus
Consulting and/or business transformation experience a plus
Product process knowledge a plus
