Responsibilities
Perform advanced red team operations and specialized security assessments across multiple domains
Guide clients through complex security challenges, from technical teams to C-suite executives
Mentor and elevate fellow Hive members, sharing your expertise to strengthen the Swarm
Pioneer new attack methodologies and automated tooling that benefit the entire team
Own and evolve key aspects of our operation (tooling / methodology / repositories / process)
Shape our community through regular technical content creation and knowledge sharing
Build strong relationships with stakeholders while maintaining our high standards of client communication
Qualification
Required
Experienced
Proven experience in one or more cybersecurity testing domains
Strong foundation in network and/or application security
Expertise with both manual and automated security tools
Ability to think creatively and adapt attack methodologies
Sharp analytical mind with keen attention to detail
Natural problem solver who thrives on complex challenges
Clear communicator who can translate technical concepts for any audience
Self-driven learner committed to continuous professional development
Team player who contributes to the collective knowledge of the Swarm
