Responsibilities

Reviews, develops, and provides recommendations for the integration of cyberspace operations in support of the national effort to protect critical infrastructure
Applies expertise in the Joint Planning Process to facilitate development, negotiation, and internal staffing of operational planning between the Command and Interagency partners
Monitors Command and J3 battle rhythms, identifies specific partner agency equities, and informs CISLOs of key events and schedule changes
Performs information gathering, analysis, planning and assessment tasks to support CISLOs and other USCYBERCOM SMEs’ timely development of integrated responses on high-priority cyber program action items and associated taskings
Works with Command and partner agency counterparts to identify and implement processes to collaborate with and support the partner in its mission to protect critical infrastructure
Liaises with functional support competencies to resolve administrative management issues
Leverages extensive knowledge of the structures, operations, and equities of USCYBERCOM Headquarters and Subordinate Command organizations to support CISLOs

Required

Must be able to obtain and maintain a TOP SECRET SCI clearance as a condition of employment and must complete a counterintelligence scope polygraph exam
Appointment may be subject to a suitability or fitness determination, as determined by a completed background investigation
Appointment to this position is subject to a three year probationary period unless the appointee has previously met the requirements as described in DoDI 1400.25 V3005, Cyber Excepted Service, Employment and Placement
Work may occasionally require travel away from the normal duty station on military and/or commercial aircraft up to 10% of the time
The incumbent must meet NSA personnel security requirements outlined in NSA/CSS Policy 5-1
This position is eligible for certification IAW DoD 8570-01-M, 12/19/05
Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g., Peace Corps, AmeriCorps) and other organizations (e.g., professional; philanthropic; religious; spiritual; community; student; social)

To qualify based on your experience, your resume must describe specialized experience that demonstrates the possession of knowledge, skills, abilities, and competencies necessary for immediate success in the position
Specialized experience would be demonstrated by 1) monitoring priorities, guidance, operations, planning, and facilitating communications between internal and external partner organizations; 2) developing, staffing, and coordinating operational plans; and 3) coordinating with internal and external partners to improve inter-organizational communication and operational collaboration
Some federal jobs allow you to substitute your education for the required experience in order to qualify. For this job, you must meet the qualification requirement using experience alone--no substitution of education for experience is permitted
Must be able to obtain and maintain a Top Secret security clearance
Incumbent (or Selectee) is required to satisfactorily complete the appropriate training and obtain the required certification/recertification for this position as outlined in DoDM 8140.03 Cyberspace Workforce Qualification and Management Program dated 15 February 2023
This position requires you to submit a Public Financial Disclosure Report (OGE 278) or a Confidential Financial Disclosure Report (OGE450) upon entry, and annually thereafter
This is a Drug Testing Designated Position. This position is covered by the Alcohol and Drug Abuse Prevention and Control Program. The incumbent is required to sign a DA Form 5019-R (Condition of Employment for Certain Positions Identified as Critical Under the Drug Abuse Testing Program) and must pass urinalysis testing, as required, prior to appointment, reassignment, or transfer and periodically thereafter
Selection is subject to restrictions resulting from Department of Defense referral system for displaced employees
