Responsibilities

Develop solicitations, evaluate proposals, support awards, administer contracts, ensure FAR/DEAR compliance

Provides acquisition planning, contract administration, subcontract management, personal property management, real property management, industrial relations, procurement counsel, and cost analysis

Project planning, cost estimating, scheduling, risk management, performance measurement and earned value management, and project direction support

Required

BA/BS in Business, Supply Chain, or related field; certifications desirable

Assist program and project management support in daily business activities

Contract admin, cost/price analysis, compliance, Excel, SharePoint

Detail, negotiation, communication, schedule discipline

Lead compliant contract file builds and closeouts

Understanding and proficiency with business tools and technology, including Microsoft Office

Advanced with Excel, Access, Outlook, PowerPoint and Word

Proficient with Adobe Acrobat, data analytic tools, and Visio

Ability to quickly learn other tools as necessary

Preferred

5–8+ years federal procurement/contract support; DOE experience preferred
