Responsibilities
Contribute to projects from concept through production, ensuring design intent is maintained
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including industrial design, mechanical engineering, human factors, product management, labeling, brand, packaging, and external vendors
Interpret and iterate on feedback from design, formative results and engineering partners
Create compelling presentations and visual stories to communicate design intent
Sketch, ideate, and visualize concepts using Adobe Creative Cloud tools (Photoshop, Illustrator, KeyShot) and prototyping
Partner with industrial, visual, and graphic design teams to ensure cohesive design execution
Translate technical and ergonomic requirements into elegant, manufacturable solutions
Contribute to multiple projects at various stages of development in a fast-paced environment
Participate in user research, usability testing, and clinical research labs
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, User Experience Design, or a related field
3–7 years of experience in product development, industrial design, or medical device design
Strong portfolio demonstrating understanding of scale, proportion, color, form, typography, and presentation
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud; ability to produce high-fidelity comps and visual assets
Excellent storytelling and presentation skills with a user-centered design perspective
Proven ability to collaborate across disciplines and deliver high-quality design outcomes
Preferred
Experience with 3D modeling software (for viewing parts and assemblies) is a plus
Experience with regulated products or medical device design is a plus
