Parkview Health System Inc is seeking a Respiratory Summer Intern to support education, professional development, and operational leadership for the Respiratory Care Service Line. The intern will work alongside Clinical Educators and Respiratory Care leaders on various projects while gaining experience in a patient-care-focused department.

Work alongside the Clinical Educator and other Respiratory Care leaders to help implement projects and tasks
Internship projects could include an internal newsletter for the service line, management of the service line Pulse page, patient care data analysis, research, financial spreadsheets, and equipment organization

Qualification

Required

Must be a current undergraduate college student or graduate college student
GPA of 3.0 or above
Submission of Cover Letter, Resume, and Letter of Recommendation
Excellent communication skills with an emphasis on written and verbal communication
Relationship building
Ability to work independently
Ability to present in front of groups
Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
Familiarity with EMRs
