Lutheran SeniorLife provides a comprehensive array of community-based health and social service programs throughout western Pennsylvania. The Technology Coordinator will work with staff and residents to implement innovative solutions that empower older adults to age in place.

Responsibilities

Identify and implement emerging Smarthome and assistive technologies through the Silver Smart Program

Research available technology solutions for everyday living

Implement solutions through a collaborative approach to achieve increased independence, lifestyle, functional ability and home safety needs

Required

Bachelor's degree in health related field, marketing, or technology

One to two years related experience and/or training

Working knowledge of computers, Microsoft Word and Excel required

Demonstrated awareness of the needs of seniors and an understanding of technology

Able to work independently, successfully complete projects and coordinate activities, display creativity and have strong interpersonal and communications skills

Current State Driver's license (in good standing)
