Responsibilities

Have strong analytical skills and a demonstrated ability to use data and metrics to back up assumptions and evaluate outcomes
Lead complex, cross-functional projects from inception to completion
Create, maintain and disseminate project information to stakeholders and senior management
Forecast material requirements and own schedule management for assigned categories
Be proficient at managing change implementation for multiple programs
Coordinate with global commodity managers and internal teams to ensure material availability
Manage crisis situations related to material shortages or excess inventory
Develop and track program KPIs, metrics, and deliverables
Lead supply chain digitalization and automation initiatives
Drive continuous improvement initiatives across the supply chain
Be flexible to changing priorities, open to new ideas and enjoy working with ambiguity

Required

5+ years of program or project management experience
Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership
Due to applicable export control laws and regulations, candidates must be a U.S. citizen or national, U.S. permanent resident (i.e., current Green Card holder), or lawfully admitted into the U.S. as a refugee or granted asylum
