Own business development: build a pipeline, run discovery, present solutions, and close new client engagements
Provide coaching and consulting support to small-business clients
Customize client-specific revenue and profit growth strategies
Use proprietary tools, templates, and client-delivery systems
Manage your schedule and client engagements professionally
Qualification
Required
5+ years in business, coaching, consulting, leadership, operations, or equivalent experience
Excellent communication, critical thinking, and client-relationship skills
Self-starter with the discipline to work independently and ethically
A genuine desire to support small business owners
Willingness to make a modest investment in tools and training to succeed in an independent role
Preferred
B2B consultative selling (services/advisory)
Prospecting, qualifying, objection handling, and closing
Strong presentation/proposal skills; consistent follow-up and pipeline hygiene
