Customer Experience Trainer
The Reynolds and Reynolds Company is seeking a Customer Experience Trainer to join their growing team. In this role, you will connect customers to software, develop training programs, and ensure a seamless customer journey through implementation and training. You will also be responsible for enhancing onboarding workflows and collaborating with teams to drive improvements in training processes.

Responsibilities
Design and enhance online and onsite training programs tailored to corporate needs
Enhance customer onboarding workflows by incorporating success criteria and go-live analytics to measure effectiveness and drive continuous improvement
Create strategies to optimize outbound customer engagement for new users, existing clients, and non-users
Collaborate with teams to identify pain points and drive improvements in training, forms, and implementation processes
Innovate training methods based on audience needs, incorporating online learning, mentoring, professional development classes, and onsite training
Develop internal communication strategies to promote learning opportunities and encourage participation
Conduct organization wide assessments to identify knowledge or skill gaps and implement programs for internal experts
Connect with internal stakeholders and subject matter experts to align training, forms, and implementation processes with organizational goals
Qualification
Required
Must have relevant experience for 1+ years in car rental, dealership, or travel industry required
Ability to problem solve and train customers on software products
Ability to travel 50% across the US with some international travel
Excellent presentation and relationship building skills
Proficient in MS Office products
Must have a valid driver's license, with fewer than 2 moving violations in the last three years and no OVI/DUI/DWI violations in the last five years

Bilingual in Spanish preferred
