Responsibilities
Responsible for providing a high standard of assistance to Massage Therapists, Nail Technicians, and Estheticians including:
Greeting clients
Offer beverages as needed
Monitoring treatments and services
Support the standards of Tricoci by maintaining:
Spa quiet spaces
Locker rooms
Dressing rooms
Laundry
Maintain beverage stations and more
Ensure safety standards and cleanliness, keeping the work area clean and equipment properly sanitized
Follow all safety, sanitation, and hygienic procedures before, during and after services; always ensure board compliance
Be an active and engaged member of the Tricoci team that promotes teamwork and a high level of client services throughout the Salon and Spa
Qualification
Required
Experience with retail, hospitality, or customer service in a fast-paced environment
Ability to work various schedules including evenings, weekends, and some holidays
Strong communication, excellent communication skills and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Ability to build and maintain strong guest relationships
Able to stand on your feet for prolonged periods of time
