Responsibilities
Support mid-size district accounts
Deliver high-quality in-person and virtual professional development to teachers and administrators
Travel to facilitate in-person professional development sessions to schools and districts – up to 60% possible travel during back-to-school season and up to 40% the remainder of the year
Collaborate with school and district partners to create and implement a professional development plan that supports a successful IXL implementation
Use data to drive decision-making and increase customer engagement and usage of IXL
Partner with the sales team to effectively manage and grow customer relationships
Qualification
Required
BA/BS degree
5+ years of educational professional development experience
Experience teaching in a K-12 setting
2+ years of school leadership experience
Exceptional communication and presentation skills
Excellent interpersonal skills - dynamic, enthusiastic, upbeat individual who connects well with others and has a positive, collaborative attitude
A strategic thinker and problem-solver with an analytical mindset
Organized, methodical, and detail-oriented
Ability to prioritize and effectively manage multiple projects and tasks concurrently, from start to finish
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Experience using Google Apps and Zoom
Must live close to a major airport
