Federal Work Study (FWS) Internship - Administration & Sponsorship Intern - Tom Tom Foundation (TFWS) (Student Wage)
The University of Virginia is seeking an Administration & Sponsorship Intern to work with the Tom Tom Foundation. The Intern will support the operational and financial functions of the organization, particularly in accounting, finance, and office management while gaining firsthand experience in event programming and promotion.

The Intern will generate reports, analyze data, and research tools or platforms to improve efficiency
In addition, they will help integrate sponsorship deliverables—tracking benefits, maintaining partner communication, and ensuring internal processes run smoothly
The role also involves researching and drafting grant applications to expand the organization’s funding base
Qualification
Required
Current UVA undergraduate eligible for student employment and Federal Work Study
Participation in a structured internship experience through the Internship Placement Program (IPP)
Enrollment in either UNST 3910 (1 cr.) or UNST 3920 (1 cr.)
Ability to generate reports, analyze data, and research tools or platforms to improve efficiency
Ability to integrate sponsorship deliverables—tracking benefits, maintaining partner communication, and ensuring internal processes run smoothly
Ability to research and draft grant applications to expand the organization's funding base
