Responsibilities

Manage communications with suppliers and K-C manufacturing locations to ensure business needs are met through application of Supplier Relationship Management (SRM) and supplier adherence to contract terms and Service Level Agreements (SLA’s)
Partner with Amplified Commodity Team (ACT), Finance and other stakeholders to manage the Energy risk management strategy & price forecasts
Subject matter expert for supplier cost calculation methodologies and Total Delivered Cost (TDC)
Lead sourcing events to ensure delivery of sourcing strategies for Energy utilities across all manufacturing locations
Manage saving initiatives and future pipeline build in line with defined process and company targets
Provide active Procurement support for Energy sustainability projects
Ensure internal control requirements are met in an efficient and effective manner

Required

Bachelor's degree and/or significant Procurement knowledge and experience
Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to communicate and build collaborative relationships in a complex matrix and multicultural organisation across all business levels
Outstanding abilities in quantitative and qualitative data analysis tailored to meet needs of senior leaders
Proven influencing, problem solving, negotiation and commercial skills
Ability to demonstrate experience in Supply Chain end to end processes and project management
English fluency required

Preferred

Experience in Energy sourcing, net-zero options and contracts management is highly advantageous
