Responsibilities
Develop and implement a comprehensive innovation and business intelligence strategy for Legal
Identify and lead initiatives to automate workflows and improve processes
Design and deliver dashboards, reports, and analytics tools for actionable insights, including contract performance metrics and outside counsel spend analysis
Manage a team of four professionals
Partner with senior leaders and cross-functional teams to align initiatives with business priorities
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree required
7+ years of experience in legal operations, innovation, or business intelligence roles
At least 5 years in leadership positions
Strong leadership and ability to drive transformation initiatives
Expertise in workflow automation tools and business intelligence platforms (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)
Proven experience in contract analytics and legal spend optimization
Analytical mindset with ability to translate data into strategic actions
Excellent communication and influencing skills with senior stakeholders
Preferred
Advanced degree in business, technology, or data analytics preferred
