Responsibilities

Recruit top accounting and finance professionals for permanent roles — from staff and senior accountants to controllers, VPs, and CFOs
Manage full-cycle recruiting: sourcing, interviewing, presenting, negotiating, and closing offers
Partner directly with clients to understand hiring needs, team structures, and growth plans
Leverage LinkedIn Recruiter, referrals, and creative sourcing to uncover top talent in audit, SEC reporting, FP&A, and corporate accounting
Build and nurture long-term candidate and client relationships for repeat success
Collaborate with leadership to shape recruiting strategy and division growth

Required

2–5 years of recruiting experience, ideally in accounting & finance or professional services
