Responsibilities

Testing, calibration, adjustment, cleaning and minor repairs to mechanical and optical measuring equipment, as well as unique design gauges. Utilizes Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing methodology
Performs the calibration, adjustment, and maintenance of tools, gauges, specialized test equipment, engineering test equipment, production test positions, molds, dies, jigs, fixtures, assemblies, and templates to fulfill manufacturing quality requirements. Performs the mechanical calibration on all material / equipment fabricated to company drawings to fulfill quality requirements

Required

High School Diploma or Equivalency (GED)
Three (3) years of experience in metrology/calibration
Experience working from drawings
The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. secret clearance prior to the start date. U.S. citizenship is required as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance
The ability to obtain and maintain an Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives Access (ATF) clearance
