Business Development Manager
IntePros is seeking a dynamic Business Development Sales Professional to support one of their global industrial technology clients. This role focuses on new account development, identifying and engaging new customers to generate revenue in targeted markets.

Responsibilities
Lead the full cycle of new business development within an assigned geographic territory or product line
Identify, research, and engage potential customers across targeted industries
Build and maintain a strong, consistent pipeline of qualified opportunities
Develop tailored messaging and outreach strategies to connect with key decision-makers
Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate products, services, and solutions
Conduct discovery calls, presentations, and technical conversations at both business and operational levels
Collaborate with internal product teams, marketing, and leadership to align customer requirements with offerings
Create and execute account development plans that drive predictable new revenue
Utilize CRM tools, dashboards, and distributor reporting to optimize productivity
Track performance metrics, pipeline health, and new business progress
Contribute to market intelligence, competitive positioning, and emerging customer trends
Work closely with marketing, product management, and engineering to refine value propositions and prospect targeting
Provide feedback from the field to support product development and customer experience improvements
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
Proven success in new business development, prospecting, and closing
Exceptional communication skills—written, verbal, and presentation
Strong organizational and time-management abilities in a fast-paced environment
High integrity, self-motivation, and accountability for achieving goals
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills, able to work across internal teams and with external customers
Preferred
Experience selling technical products, engineered solutions, or industrial components
Experience working with distributors, OEMs, integrators, or manufacturing customers
Exposure to CRM tools, pipeline analytics, or sales enablement platforms
