Responsibilities

Lead large-scale supply chain transformation initiatives focused on process excellence

Develop and execute comprehensive program roadmaps aligned with organizational objectives

Advanced proficiency in SAP S/4 ERP system, particularly in manufacturing and supply chain modules

Capability to translate complex SAP and supply chain concepts to non-technical stakeholders

Establish governance frameworks and best practices for program execution

Lead end-to-end process mapping and optimization initiatives

Develop business cases for improvement initiatives

Develop standardized processes and procedures across supply chain operations

Create dashboards and reporting mechanisms for visibility into process improvements

Drive automation and digital transformation initiatives

Be flexible to changing priorities, open to new ideas and enjoy working with ambiguity

Required

Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules

Advanced experience with SAP modules such as MM, PP, MES, and EWM
