Responsibilities

Act as a point of contact to provide administrative planning and service for all PWH events and program participants' travel, accommodations, and payments
Lead event execution duties on campus and remotely, including greeting attendees, managing time, and monitoring attendee engagement
Travel planning and operational support for all PWH staff
Working with external vendors for building setup and operational event needs
Serve as a point of contact for the operations needs of PWH pillar programming

Required

High School Grad/GE Degree and 5 to 7 years of experience, or Bachelor's degree and 1 to 2 years of experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience is required
Proficient in communication skills, both in person and in writing
