Sparkbit 360 is a full-service marketing and public relations agency dedicated to helping businesses thrive. They are searching for a detail-oriented and motivated Assistant Project Coordinator to support day-to-day project activities in their Charlotte office.
Public Relations & Communications
Responsibilities
Assist in planning, organizing, and tracking project activities and timelines
Prepare project documents, schedules, checklists, and reports
Support the coordination of meetings, appointments, and project follow-ups
Maintain accurate records of project progress, deadlines, and updates
Help resolve basic issues, escalate concerns, and provide general project support
Perform administrative and organizational duties as needed
Qualification
Required
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
Ability to multitask and handle shifting priorities
Professional, reliable, and attentive to detail
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Preferred
Bachelors degree in Business, Communications, Project Management, or a related field (preferred but not required)
