ManaMed is building the future of medical technology and is seeking an AI Creative Director who can leverage AI in creative and branding processes. This role involves producing high-quality content, managing brand identity, and implementing AI-powered workflows without coding.

Responsibilities

Operate as a one-person creative studio

Use AI tools to multiply output, speed, and quality

Build practical AI workflows and agents that help teams move faster — without writing production software

Produce high-volume, premium video and visual content

Create cinematic short-form and long-form video assets

Maintain a consistent, high-end brand identity across platforms

Own the full content pipeline: concept → script → edit → publish → analyze

Drive daily/weekly distribution on LinkedIn, YouTube, and Instagram

Build no-code / low-code AI workflows for:

Content creation and repurposing

Customer service support

Marketing automation

Internal documentation and onboarding

Create reusable AI agents using existing tools (ChatGPT, Claude, etc.)

Continuously improve workflows to reduce manual work across teams

Partner with product, regulatory, QMS, accounting, CS, and BD teams

Translate internal knowledge into clear, polished outputs

Help scale ManaMed’s visibility, efficiency, and customer engagement
