Responsibilities

Prepare and layout projects for underground, in-wall, overhead, and trim plumbing

Supervise day-to-day on-site plumbing operations for large-scale commercial projects

Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and other trades to maintain schedule and resolve issues

Review plans, specifications, and blueprints to ensure compliance and accuracy

Lead and mentor field crews, ensuring work is performed to the highest standard

Monitor inventory and procurement of materials, tools, and equipment

Ensure adherence to safety protocols and OSHA requirements

Conduct regular site inspections and quality control checks

Prepare daily reports, progress updates, and communicate milestones to PM’s

Assist in budgeting, estimating change orders, and forecasting labor and materials
