Responsibilities

Manage the delivery of a portfolio of AI and data science projects from planning through implementation

Coordinate across technical and non-technical teams to manage dependencies and ensure clarity of requirements

Lead agile ceremonies - scrums, sprint planning, retrospectives – while driving accountability

Help stakeholders understand what’s possible with AI and translate that into actionable project requirements

Manage complexity - budget, timelines, scope, and stakeholder expectations

Proactively identify risks and mitigation strategies, navigating ambiguity with confidence

Required

Bachelor's degree

8+ years of experience in a technical field (this can be a combination of academic, research-based, or professional environment)

4+ years of experience managing technical projects in Agile environments

2+ years of experience managing data science or AI projects

Preferred

Master's degree (preferred) in business, computer science, engineering, or other applicable discipline

Proven success delivering projects involving data science or AI

Advanced proficiency with project management tools (JIRA, Confluence) and Agile frameworks

Strong ability to synthesize technical details into clear plans and executive-level communications

Demonstrated leadership in driving accountability and fostering collaboration

Outcome-oriented and highly adaptable

Skilled at influencing without authority and building trust across diverse teams

Thrives in fast-paced, evolving environments
