Medi-Weightloss® is a physician-supervised weight loss program dedicated to helping individuals achieve better health. They are seeking a highly motivated Brand Ambassador / Front Desk to conduct patient assessments, promote sales, and manage patient experiences while implementing marketing initiatives for the clinic.

Responsibilities

Conduct patient assessments to evaluate needs and introduce the Medi-Weightloss program

Explain customized weight loss plans tailored to each patient’s goals and lifestyle

Provide exceptional service by creating a welcoming and supportive environment

Follow up with patient leads to convert consultations into program enrollments

Document patient progress in the electronic medical record (EMR) system and lead management system

Document patient insurance verification

Promote clinic services and products to new and existing patients through strategic marketing efforts

Develop and implement local marketing campaigns to increase patient leads

Engage in community outreach to establish relationships and drive brand awareness

Encourage /promote patient engagement through social media campaigns and in-clinic activities

Collaborate with the clinic coordinator to back up the front desk

Qualification

Required

Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Strong ability to work independently and efficiently

1-5 years sales and/or marketing experience required

Ability to manage multiple responsibilities effectively

Must be willing to undergo a background check in accordance with local laws/regulations

Preferred

Social media, content creation experience preferred

Background in health, nutrition, or weight loss is a plus but not required

Bilingual-English/Spanish is a plus but not required
