Lead the ERP Systems team through projects including upgrades and system enhancements
Manage the day to day IT operational and production support activities of the ERP Systems team
Oversee and supervise team members
Provide support to Moffitt leadership to ensure effective vendor management
Facilitate positive customer relationships through collaboration and communication
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree - Information Technology or healthcare/business related discipline (i.e. Accounting, Finance, Business Administration)
in lieu of a Bachelor's degree: OR- Associate's degree with an additional four (4) years of relevant technology experience plus the five (5) years (for a total of 9 years) experience may be considered 'in lieu' of a Bachelor's degree
OR- High School Diploma with an additional five (5) years of relevant technology experience plus the five (5) years (for a total of 10 years) experience may be considered 'in lieu' of a Bachelor's degree
Minimum five (5) years system development, implementation, and support experience is required
Strong applications development and support experience; business and back-office systems preferred
Experience in day to day IT operations, production support, and service management methodologies; ITIL preferred
Strong project management skills
Proven ability to learn new skills and technology
Demonstrated analytic, problem solving, and critical thinking skills
Excellent written, oral communication and presentation skills
Strong organization skills, attention to detail, and time management skills
Demonstrated consultation, negotiation, and conflict management skills
Ability and interest in coaching and mentoring team members
Demonstrated experience with IT standards and best practices for application development, service management, and project management
Performance improvement / process management knowledge and experience
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications: Word, Excel, Outlook, Power Point, Project, Visio, and website navigation
Preferred
Master's degree - Information Technology or healthcare/business related discipline (i.e. Accounting, Finance, Business Administration)
Functional and technical experience with the suite of Lawson applications and/or other ERP applications
Supervisory experience including hiring, team member appraisals, and coaching
Resource management and portfolio management using project and portfolio management tools; Planview preferred
Relevant experience in a healthcare IT environment
Experience with workflow and process automation
Demonstrated understanding of cyber security practices
Demonstrated experience with SDLC
