Responsibilities
Own Fulfil.IO system accuracy so it remains the reliable source of truth for all supply chain transactions and reporting
Provide hands on system support to Supply Chain, acting as the go to person for troubleshooting, fixes, and fast execution when the team needs help
Lead system exploration and optimization, identifying functionality we are missing today and rolling it out with clear processes
Set up all new products in Fulfil.IO, ensuring item data, BOMs, units, and workflows are clean before launch
Set up new supply chain projects in the system, ensuring workflows and tracking are ready before execution begins
Streamline and document key system processes like PO flows, receiving, transfers, and reporting to create real efficiency gains
Partner cross functionally with Supply Chain, Ops, Finance, and CX to make sure data and systems stay aligned
Jump in on broader supply chain support when needed, even if it is not strictly system related, because keeping the machine moving matters
Qualification
Required
2+ years in a systems support or ERP admin role, ideally in supply chain or operations environments
Has real hands on Fulfil.IO experience and understands how to use it for inventory, POs, production, and reporting
Has worked with WMS, ERP, and Shopify integrations and understands how systems talk to each other
Brings supply chain context and can translate operational needs into clean system workflows
Extremely curious and loves pulling the string on 'what else can this system do.'
Solves problems fast and cleanly, and anticipates issues before they become fires
Has high business acumen and knows that system accuracy is not admin work, it is operational leverage
Preferred
Bonus points for accounting experience or have partnered closely with finance on inventory and PO integrity
