Program Supervisor
CEL (Center for Enriched Living) is an independently funded nonprofit that empowers individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. The Program Supervisor leads the delivery of high-quality social and recreational programs while guiding and supporting staff to create inclusive and engaging experiences.

Responsibilities
Supervise, support, and evaluate Activity Instructors and volunteers to ensure high-quality delivery of programs, events, and excursions
Provide on-the-job training, coaching, and performance feedback, and lead regular team meetings with clear follow-up expectations
Develop inclusive curriculum and provide lesson plans, modifications, and supports to provide a meaningful experience to members of all abilities
Ensure program quality by monitoring implementation, maintaining staff ratios, and scheduling
Manage the coordination of budgets, supplies, transportation, and facility upkeep
Complete attendance, incident reports, and other required documentation
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree; or one to two years program leadership experience; or equivalent combination of both
Experience supervising staff or coordinating team functions with strong leadership abilities
Ability to manage multiple priorities with strong organization and follow-through
Excellent written and verbal professional communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft 365 or similar platforms
Must be willing to work evenings and weekends
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required
