Aero Alliance Scheduler - Asset Management Modules

Responsibilities

Work with Supply Chain and Shop teams to define frozen plan for Asset Management Modules
Act as the interface with AM team to ensure priorities are captured and properly evaluated for frozen plan definition
Monitor execution of AM modules through the entire Shop Network
Work with Shop teams and Supply Chain to identify solutions to allow execution of the modules in plan
Coordinate with Channel Master Scheduler for critical material allocations
Work with AM team, Supply Chain and Shop teams to define long term plan for AM modules
Work with shop teams and Lean team on initiatives to improve TAT and Schedule Attainment

Qualification

Aeroderivative Gas Turbine knowledgeERP systemsAdvanced use of ExcelAnalytical skillsProblem-solving skillsSix Sigma CertificationInterpersonal skillsCommunication skills

Required

Bachelor's Degree with at least 3-5 years of experience in aeroderivative services or related field OR Associate's Degree with at least 5-7 years of experience in aeroderivative services or related field OR High School Diploma/GED with at least 8-10 years of experience in aeroderivative field services or equivalent
Aeroderivative Gas Turbine knowledge
Proficiency in ERP systems
Advanced use of Excel and reporting tools
Process, results, and detail oriented
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Preferred

Excellent interpersonal and communications skills (written, verbal)
Six Sigma Certification (Green Belt, Black Belt)
