Responsibilities
Demonstrating a proven track record of closing sales, fostering client relationships, and driving sustainable growth
Leveraging your expertise to successfully launch products in the transplant market, contributing to brand development and market expansion
Becoming a local expert on Natera’s technology and services, representing our company at the highest levels
Developing and executing local business plans tailored to meet sales objectives and optimize available resources
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent educational background
A minimum of 6 years of progressive sales experience, ideally within the diagnostic or lab-developed tests industry
Knowledge of academic medical systems related to transplant, nephrology or specialty medicine
Established relationships with KOLs in transplant, or specialty medicine
Ability to work effectively with diverse teams to define and implement strategic plans
Comfortable thriving in a startup environment, demonstrating initiative, self-motivation, and time management skills
A driven professional with a competitive mindset and a commitment to achieving and exceeding results
Strong problem-solving abilities, with a creative and independent approach to overcoming challenges
Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills
Preferred
Background in medicine, biological sciences, or genetics is preferred
