This role will help the bank make sound lending decisions by performing in-depth financial analysis and communicating findings to support informed decision-making.

Responsibilities
Perform detailed financial analysis to assess creditworthiness of individuals and businesses
Calculate and interpret financial ratios, cash flow, and debt coverage
Prepare clear, narrative reports for Loan Officers, Loan Committee, and Board of Directors
Collaborate with Loan Officers and Assistants to gather necessary documentation
Update annual financial reviews and report trends or concerns
Attend loan committee meetings and training sessions as needed
Represent First Service Bank in the community and promote our products and services
Qualification
Required
High School diploma or GED required
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication skills, both verbally and in writing
Strong organizational skills
Detail-oriented
Excellent time management skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
Good typing skills
Service-oriented skill set
Professional appearance, dress, and attitude
Ability to operate related computer applications and other business equipment including copy machine, telephone, and computer
Ability to operate a motor vehicle to attend off-site meetings, training, as needed
Must be able to speak, read, and write English
Preferred
College degree in related field preferred
