This role involves managing vendor inquiries, analyzing invoices, and providing mentorship to team members.

Responsibilities
Monitors incoming department mail, including department email box
Analyzes vendor invoices, credit memos, and deductions for inputting into SAP
Reconciles vendor statement and various weekly/monthly reports
Supports incoming calls to the AP department
Builds and maintains relationships with key partners
Reviews and solves vendor issues
Performs all aspects of the job accurately and efficiently while providing service excellence
Backs up other positions when requested
Brings discrepancies to the attention of the AP Supervisor, when they arise
Mention cost-saving opportunities when applicable
Other duties as assigned by supervisor or other designate
Qualification
Required
Associate degree or 2 years minimum relevant work experience
Must be able to read, write and speak in English
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook Excel, Word, PowerPoint, forms)
Preferred
SAP Software knowledge
