Fidelity Bank is seeking an experienced hands-on Digital Experience Solutions Architect to collaboratively drive end-to-end architecture solutioning for Wealth Solutions and Financial Planning. The role involves working closely with various teams to lead Proofs-of-Concept and architect solutions while ensuring adherence to Enterprise standards for application and infrastructure layers.

Responsibilities

Collaboratively drive end-to-end architecture solutioning for Wealth Solutions and Financial Planning and Advice Experiences at Fidelity

Work closely with multiple teams across various business and technical domains to understand the business domain and business requirements

Lead Proofs-of-Concept (POCs) and architect solutions that meet changing business priorities and initiatives while assuring adherence to Enterprise standards for application, data, platform, and infrastructure layers

Facilitate effective in-person and remote engagements across hybrid teams to drive, manage, & monitor comprehensive Architectural Strategy execution

Conduct Business Capability Analysis, Customer Journey Mapping, Architecture Design and Documentation, Technology and Solution Evaluations, Domain Modeling, Front-End Architecture, API Strategy, Microservices Architecture, Cloud Adoption, Automation, and DevSecOps

Required

Proven experience in defining and driving Technology Architecture evolution of complex tech stacks

Proven experience in engineering large-scale web applications end-to-end, with a focus on Customer Experience, Operational Excellence, Security, Reliability, Performance Efficiency, and Cost Optimization

Proficient in Cloud Architecture, Services, and Patterns

Hands-on experience with Core AWS services is a must-have, e.g. Amazon VPC, DNS, ELB, CloudFront, API Gateway, IAM, EC2, EKS, Lambda, Step Functions, SNS, SQS, EMR, S3, RDS Oracle/PostgreSQL, DynamoDB, Secrets Manager, CloudFormation/Terraform, Data Lake, Data Fabric, Service Mesh, Event-Driven Architecture, Resiliency, Disaster Recovery, etc

Proven experience in Microservices Architecture with REST

Proven experience in Kubernetes (EKS preferred)

Proven hands-on experience with the Front-End technologies such as Angular, NX Workspace, NodeJS, and NestJS are a must

Proven experience in DevSecOps and CI/CD automation (Jenkins Core and GitOps preferred)

Proficient in Cloud/On-Premises Networking Topologies

Proven experience with Full-Stack JavaScript/TypeScript are a must

Strong understanding of common Architecture Principles, Patterns, and trade-offs

Strong understanding of Domain-Driven Design, and an ability to apply it to new and existing domains

Strong understanding of the Twelve-Factor App

Ability to work both independently and with all levels of the organization, including technical and non-technical team members
