Responsibilities
Build and deploy AI agents that automate workflows and generate structured outputs
Work directly with customers to map processes, identify opportunities, and deliver working solutions fast
Use your experience with automation/data orchestration tools (like Zapier, n8n, Retool) to connect systems, prototype logic, and ship production-ready automations
Ship end-to-end: scope, prototype, test, and harden workflows for reliability and scale
Collaborate with product and engineering to turn bespoke deployments into reusable platform capabilities
Ensure every agent you build is observable, maintainable, and tied to real business outcomes
Qualification
Required
Experience building and deploying production-grade software or automations
Proven experience with automation tools; you've built real workflows or tools and can move fast from idea to execution
Comfort scripting in Python or JavaScript and integrating APIs or webhooks when needed
Strong problem-solving skills and comfort with ambiguity
Excellent communication and collaboration skills; able to work closely with both technical and non-technical teams
Customer-facing experience; you're comfortable leading conversations, managing relationships, and translating business needs into technical solutions
Curiosity about AI systems, automation, and structured data pipelines
