Responsibilities
Partners with Art/Creative Director, marketing teams, and internal designers, to develop campaigns and creative executions from concept to production
Concepts around high-level campaign strategy and builds visual centers for upcoming product launches
Designs across mediums including digital, social, D2C, marketing sell-in, activations/events, POP, packaging, and other specialty projects as assigned by the Art Director and Project Manager
Works with internal and external photographers on campaign and product photoshoots
Collaborates with copywriters on strategy, details, background, layouts and client direction for various projects
Works with the project manager to keep projects on track while managing multiple initiatives at once
Qualification
Required
Associate degree in graphics or a related area
At least 5 years of in-house or agency graphic design experience
Strong portfolio of previous work
Excellent working knowledge of Mac computers and adobe software
Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Figma and associated design software
Motion and video design abilities required
Basic understanding of print production
Solid attention to detail with strong organization and project management skills
Strong communication skills to effectively present information, respond to questions and work with the cross-functional teams
Proven ability to work under pressure, prioritize and meet multiple deadlines
Preferred
Bachelor's degree preferred
Examples of campaign level strategy work and design build out
Knowledge of photography and lighting
Knowledge in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint
