Installing or fixing hardware and software as needed

Manning the help desk and responding to inquiries
Maintaining networks and computer systems to ensure optimal performance
Communicating effectively with cross-functional teams to address IT needs
Adapting to changing environments and learning new technologies
Following directions and being open to continuous learning
Lifting and moving equipment weighing 10-20 lbs as required

Associate degree / Or Equivalent Experience plus
High School Diploma / GED
Minimum 2 years Technical Experience
Providing guidance and technical support to users of hardware and software
Installing or fixing hardware and software as needed

Maintaining networks and computer systems to ensure optimal performance
