Responsibilities

Manage the filing process for all court and administrative documents
Work closely with the Managing Attorney and other members of the Managing Attorney’s Office to ensure that documents are filed
Calendaring deadlines
Properly docketing cases
Work with the Firm’s other departments, including Knowledge Services and Knowledge Management, to utilize emerging technologies to improve the efficiency of the Managing Attorney’s Office

Required

Bachelor's Degree
Experience in managing the filing process for court and administrative documents
Ability to work closely with the Managing Attorney and other members of the Managing Attorney's Office

Ability to utilize emerging technologies to improve office efficiency
