Responsibilities

Understanding and bridging the requirements and capabilities of manufacturing to the design of a product
Working with design engineers to understanding product design and defining automated test coverage requirements based on it
Managing product and process quality within the manufacturing environment (reviewing test failures, driving continuous improvement in automated test)
Determining Operations qualification requirements for product changes over the lifetime of the product

Required

Have a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or an equivalent science/engineering field by June 2026
Have completed coursework, projects, internships, and or research in three or more of the following: Computer System Architecture, Supplier Database/Management Systems, Quality Assurance, Network Administration, Mechanical Engineering, Computer Programming, Computer Manufacturing, Supply Chain Design
Reside in the United States and/or attend a university in the US
Able to obtain work authorization in the US in 2026

Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
