Responsibilities
Support attorneys in the Firm’s Litigation and Labor & Employment Departments, as well as other disputes-based practices
Work closely with the Managing Attorney and other members of the Managing Attorney’s Office
Provide in-depth expertise in docketing, calendaring, filing (including e-filing), court rules, procedures, and other litigation and administrative activities
Ensure the Managing Attorney’s Office utilizes emerging technologies to improve efficiency and modernize all e-filing, calendaring, and docketing processes
Manage ad hoc projects to ensure excellence among all members of the Managing Attorney’s Office team
Oversee the office in the Managing Attorney’s absence
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree
In-depth expertise in docketing, calendaring, filing (including e-filing), court rules, procedures, and other litigation and administrative activities
Ability to work closely with the Managing Attorney and other members of the Managing Attorney's Office
Experience in managing ad hoc projects
Ability to oversee the office in the Managing Attorney's absence
Experience in utilizing emerging technologies to improve efficiency and modernize e-filing, calendaring, and docketing processes
