Responsibilities
Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email, providing accurate information and resolving issues promptly
Complete shipments and order entry information to ensure delivery on-time and in full
Assist the sales team with order-related requests including order processing and corrections
Coordinate with various departments to ensure timely delivery of products and services
Monitor inventory levels and communicate backorders and ETA
Support distributor partners in maintaining appropriate inventory levels
Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively support the sales team and customers
Provide feedback to management on customer needs, concerns, and trends
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent
2 or more years' experience in a sales support or customer service role, preferably in the medical device or healthcare industry
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude
Preferred
a bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
