They are seeking an Accounts Payable Data Entry Clerk responsible for verifying and entering invoices, processing payments, and reconciling vendor statements.

Responsibilities

Verifying and entering vendor/supplier invoices into computerized system

Schedule and process payments on a weekly basis for approved invoice to vendors/suppliers

Submit credit applications

Organize and match receipts to corresponding invoices

Investigate and resolve questions from vendors/suppliers regarding payment status

Prepare written reports and analysis as requested

Reconciling monthly vendor/supplier statements

Qualification

Microsoft Office SuiteComputerized accounting systemsCommunication skillsDetail orientedTeam player

Required
