Responsibilities
Preparation of balance sheets, income statements and customized financial reports for individuals, trusts, partnerships and limited liability companies
Track client financial information that is needed for the preparation of customized financial reports such as balance sheets, income statements and forward-looking cash flow projections
Provide support dealing with clients, advisors and vendors, regarding a wide variety of financial issues, including investment monitoring, insurance coverage, tax preparation and bill payment
Assist in providing support for client’s various needs and finding solutions to problems that may arise
Partner with business lines across the bank to deliver services to our clients
Perform other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Excellent attention to financial details
Intermediate understanding of accounting principles
Motivated and organized self-starter with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities
Inquisitive, agile, and strong team player with excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills
Ability to remain adaptable and resilient to all situations with an optimistic outlook and cast a positive shadow that is aligned with our culture and Core Values
Basic to Intermediate level proficiency with Microsoft Word and Outlook
Intermediate level proficiency with Excel and QuickBooks
Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience required
2+ years experience in accounting or related financial fields required
