Responsibilities

Leads Process & Opportunity Assessment – Evaluate business processes, identify automation and AI opportunities, and define AS-IS and TO-BE process models

Business Advisory & Road Mapping – Build strategic recommendations, business cases, and ROI calculation that align automation with business objectives

Facilitation & Documentation – Lead business workshops, gather and structure requirements, and develop clear documentation to guide delivery teams

Solution Alignment – Working with Development team; translate business needs into solution requirements, ensuring fit-for-purpose approaches across automation and AI technologies

Stakeholder Engagement – Serve as a bridge between business and technical teams; communicate insights and recommendations

Delivery Support – Partner with development and delivery teams to ensure solutions meet requirements, support UAT planning, and track benefits realization
