Responsibilities

Lead and continuously develop a high-performing global technical accounting and operational finance team

Oversee global accounting operations, including the monthly and annual close, consolidation, reporting, and internal controls

Ensure compliance with GAAP, international statutory requirements, and evolving regulatory expectations across regions

Manage relationships with audit firms and oversee domestic and international financial statement audits

Serve as the senior authority on technical accounting matters

Drive operational improvements and modernize accounting systems, processes, and controls to support scale and efficiency

Partner cross-functionally to strengthen financial data integrity, forecasting accuracy, and operational decision-making

Oversee global tax, treasury, cash management, and compliance activities, ensuring appropriate governance and risk management

Own treasury strategy in partnership with the CFO, including liquidity management, capital structure support, banking relationships and debt covenant compliance and reporting

Manage and coordinate global tax advisors

Work closely with senior leadership, including the CFO, CEO, and global executive team, providing clear financial insights and recommendations

Serve as a senior financial liaison with the board supporting reporting, board materials, and value-creation initiatives

Present financials, operational improvements, and key insights to both internal and external stakeholders with clarity and confidence
