Responsibilities
Create, launch, and optimize advertising campaigns on Google AdWords, as well as on Meta (Facebook and Instagram) and other digital channels
Monitor campaign metrics, analyze data, and adjust strategies to boost conversion rates and overall ROI
Plan and execute A/B tests on ad creatives, landing pages, and targeting parameters to continually improve campaign performance
Oversee ad spend and bidding strategies to maximize impact while maintaining budget discipline
Work directly with our development and data teams to integrate technical insights and performance data into your advertising strategies
Prepare clear, actionable reports on campaign performance and suggest areas for improvement
Qualification
Required
At least 5 years of direct experience in online advertising or digital marketing, with a heavy focus on Google AdWords
Proven expertise in setting up, managing, and optimizing campaigns on Google AdWords, as well as experience with Facebook and Instagram advertising
Must hold current Google Ads and Meta (Facebook) certifications along with any other relevant digital advertising credentials
Be prepared to present detailed examples or case studies of previous successful campaigns that highlight your ability to drive results
Ability to work in our Richmond, BC office and closely with our development and data teams
Preferred
A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is encouraged; however, equivalent professional experience is also acceptable
